EU Right of Withdrawal – Returns & Refund Policy
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
How to start a return or cancellation request: Log in to your account at https://account.marishubstore.com and go to your Orders to submit a request.
Return shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping. Instructions for returning your item will be provided after your request is approved.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the full product price plus the standard outbound shipping cost. Express or premium shipping upgrades are not refunded.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery (e.g. lures, tackle with broken packaging)
- Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
